Asking for Nothing, Just Seating: A Self-Sufficient Life at Antaiji
Antaiji is one of Soto Zen training temples. The practitioners spend about 1,800 hours annually working on zazen meditation, also engaging self-sufficient farming of rice and vegetables. In the last two decades, many practitioners came from over 30 countries, and most of them are young people, struggling to search for the meaning of life. They meditate and try to come closer to their answer through the training at Antaiji.
